Event description

Sam Meers AO NPG Chair and Bree Pickering NPG Director invite you and a guest to the unveiling of the Portrait celebrating 20 years of Australian fashion designers Romance Was Born.

The portrait of Romance Was Born was commissioned by the National Portrait Gallery with funds generously provided by Hayley Baillie.  

Invitation only event. IWFA Members may bring a guest. There will also be other guests as invited by the National Portrait Gallery.

When: Friday, 25 July 2025, 6.00 pm - 8.00 pm

Where: National Portrait Gallery, Canberra

Cost: Free to attend | Entry to the Exhibition, drinks and canapes
