Looking to get back on the mat in 2021? Our Iyengar yoga class will help you establish your new yoga practice or help you to build on your existing yoga experience.
In 2020 COVID-19 wreaked havoc with our lives and our health. Iyengar yoga can be the perfect way to get our bodies and minds back on track - there is evidence that yoga may support both our physical and mental health and wellbeing - the Sanskrit word ‘yoga’ meaning ‘union’ of our mind, body, and heart.
Join this community focussed yoga class with yoga-teacher, Trish Lloyd as she teaches yoga poses, alignment, and sequences that are accessible to anybody at any stage of their lives.
