As summer turns to autumn, and we begin to welcome in the cooler weather, Bristol BID's weekly yoga sessions migrate from the city's favourite parks to a selection of warmer, indoor venues. Ease into this transition by exploring a range of spaces to practice in with us.

This week's session will be held at Arnolfini, Bristol's contemporary arts hub, in their new, purpose-built wellbeing space. Perhaps allow yourself a few minutes before class to immerse yourself in their latest, stimulating exhibition, or why not make a pit-stop in the new FED cafe, on the ground floor, to fuel your afternoon ahead.

The Space...

Upon arrival, please notify reception that you are attending Bristol BID's yoga, and they will assist you in finding the room.

We are fortunate enough to have yoga mats available at this space, so please do not feel discouraged to attend should you not have one of your own.

The Teacher...

Our refreshing midday class will be led by Elisa, whose sessions combine calming breath work with gentle, accessible movements designed to release tension and maintain balance. Each session focuses on extended stretching of tight muscles, realigning the body, and restoring awareness, leaving you feeling re-focused, and ready for the rest of the day.

Elisa is a qualified Iyengar Yoga instructor who began her practice over ten years ago while managing chronic pain. What started as a physical need soon became a passion for helping others experience the strength, balance, and calm that yoga brings. Find her on Instagram at @healthiness_empowerher.
