The Bristol BID's Summer Yoga series invites you to take a midday pause to honour yourself and your connection to the outdoors, with its mindful lunchtime yoga sessions, all set amongst the best of Bristol's green spaces.

This session will be led in Queen Square, a majestic Georgian park in the centre of Bristol.

The refreshing midday class will be led by Elisa, whose sessions combine calming breath work with gentle, accessible movements designed to release tension and maintain balance. Each session focuses on extended stretching of tight muscles, realigning the body, and restoring awareness, leaving you feeling re-focused, and ready for the rest of the day.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

Elisa is a qualified Iyengar Yoga instructor who began her practice over ten years ago while managing chronic pain. What started as a physical need soon became a passion for helping others experience the strength, balance, and calm that yoga brings. Find her on Instagram at @healthiness_empowerher.
