Join Jack Rooney for a 5km shakeout run two days before he takes on a 100km ultra along the West of Ireland for Movember, to support healthier men and communities.

We'll meet by Seahorse Café in Renville, Oranmore, Galway, and the run is open to all levels; jog, walk, run, whatever works for you. THe Warehouse Gym family will be running with us and providing some awesome freebies for all participants.

After the run, we'll have acai bowls and treats on hand, with all proceeds going directly to Movember. Movember ambassadors will be there too, and we'll take some time to chat, connect, and open up important conversations.
