JACKSON - LIVE IN FITZROY

Jackson's sophomore headline show at Sugar Glider with Chelsea Elder. Jackson's material marries melodic influence from the Naarm jazz and soul scene with the frank tongue-in-cheek storytelling of the global indie-folk space.

New material will be debuted alongside heavy-hitters from their first Sugar Glider show. Jackson's performance language pays homage to early pioneers of the alt-folk sound such as Eliott Smith and The Velvet Underground, with influence from current leaders in indie-folk's new age like Phoebe Bridgers and Searows.

By buying a ticket to the show you will have access to exclusive art prints and merchandise + first access to preliminary recordings of an UNRELEASED PROJECT.

CHELSEA ELDER will be supporting Jackson from 8:30pm-9:15pm. Chelsea is a Naarm local who, like Jackson, spent time in Boorloo honing her musical craft with The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. She has been releasing music under the self-titled project Chelsea Elder since 2021, with her latest single "Nothing, Everything" released March 6th of this year.

Grab a drink and cozy into a booth with friends to hear some sweet new songs.
