I first heard about yoni eggs in 2018, at a wild woman workshop at a small festival in the Netherlands.

I’d never received so much permission to release the soft, wild and sexual side of myself.

Speaking to the facilitator afterwards she told me how worked in women's empowerment and one of the main things she taught was the yoni egg.

Back in Amsterdam I went on a hunt to find myself my very own yoni egg.

So excited to harness this new power I shoved the egg into my vagina, walked around with it inside me all day, and… got bored.

Nothing happened…

What is a jade egg:

A jade egg is a smooth, polished gemstone carved into an egg shape, typically made of jade - though you must be aware of the quality of jade depending on who you purchase it from. It's utilized in practices like Taoist exercises and tantric rituals for strengthening pelvic floor muscles and enhancing sexual energy. It can aid in vaginal muscle control, sexual pleasure, and overall well-being.

Is it safe to use:

The jade egg, utilised in practices like Taoist exercises and tantric rituals, can't get lost due to the cervix's barrier. It may nestle within but will eventually come out, especially during bowel movements. Scientific research on female sexuality is lacking so while you may have to wait many years before the jade egg is scientifically backed, Chloe having personally used the egg and witnessed 100’s of other women of all ages use the egg stands by its safe use.

Hygienic use involves sanitising the egg before each use, boiling it for at least 10 minutes, and changing the string. Deeper hyenic details will be sent to participants.
