About your Facilitator/Guide:

Gail, a spiritual soul sister, has been on a profound journey of healing and self-empowerment for several years. She delves into intuitive body movement teachings, alongside shamanic, meditation, breathwork, sound, intuitive intelligence, creative expression, and holistic life coaching.
