An unmissable evening, and one that will be cherished forever - with one of the world’s sweetest, silliest, most divine singers. You’ll probably sing, you might dance, and you’ll definitely laugh. Join Jai-Jagdeesh and her phenomenal band for a deep, soulful good time

Jai-Jagdeesh began writing and recording music in 2009, and, to date, has produced some of the most heart-healing songs to come out of the Sacred Chant genre. English-language tracks like ‘Light of Love’, ‘In Dreams’, ‘She Kissed Me’, ‘Hold Your Hand’, ‘13 Times’, and ‘With You’ have found a sweet place in the lives of people around the world. Her renditions of mantras such as ‘Aad Guray Nameh’, ‘I Am Thine’, ‘Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad’, and ‘Ardas Bhaee’ are beloved for their depth, elegance, playfulness and power

This October, Jai-Jagdeesh will be headlining the Kundalini Yoga Festival, near Brisbane. She will then tour around Australia with a series of 5 exquisite concerts and 4 powerful workshops, accompanied by two international musicians providing a lush and full sound on percussion and strings. Jai-Jagdeesh plays harmonium and her exquisite voice is timeless, rich and voluptuous.

The Way of Love: Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Chanting with JAI-JAGDEESH ★

( WORKSHOP ON TUESDAY SOLD OUT )

Imagine this: A world wherein conflicts are addressed with conscious communication; harsh family dynamics are softened because someone in the group is able to hold space for healing; you and I are not incapacitated by challenge & change, but instead motivated by it — to find solutions that will bring us closer to that shimmering grace of a life lived in full presence.

This is the Way of Love. With a strong nervous system (made possible by Kundalini Yoga), a neutral mind (made possible by meditation), an open heart (easily achieved with chanting!), and an attitude of gratitude (which we’ll practice together), we are able to walk this path. Let’s get uplifted so we can uplift!

*Seating is open. All levels of practice are welcome. Please bring a mat, any bolster or cushion you wish to have ( You can use the studios if you prefer to, or have forgotten yours ) water, paper & pen/pencil, and a piece of your favorite easy-to-eat fruit

JAI-JAGDEESH

Jai-Jagdeesh's journey as a singer began nearly 25 years ago, in a temple in India. Spending her formative years in Northern India - and traveling as a musical representative for Yogi Bhajan's foreign education program - set the foundation for a deep devotion to the sacred texts of the Kundalini yoga tradition & the Sikh faith. Between then and now, her innovative spirit has walked many artistic paths: actress, classical Indian dancer, photographer, and writer. With music at the forefront, she is effervescently expressive.

Jai-Jagdeesh’s unique combination of sacred sounds and soulful authenticity continues to connect deeply with audiences as she records, tours, plays festivals, and gives vocal workshops around the world. Her debut album, 'I Am Thine', a combination of sacred mantras and powerful English lyrics, was released in the summer of 2011 to record sales and acclaim. Her second full-length studio album, 'Of Heaven & Earth', climbed up to #6 on Billboard's New Age Music chart within the first few weeks of its release. Her two Kundalini mantra meditation CDs, 'The Expansive Spirit' (2012) and 'Miracles Abound' (2015) are designed as practices, and are full of deep, transformative resonance.

With ‘Down Come The Walls,’ a groundbreaking new studio album released in May of 2018, Jai-Jagdeesh continues to inspire great courage in fans around the world, opening hearts and uplifting spirits everywhere she goes. To find her out on the road, visit www.jaijagdeesh.com/tour.
