    JAM FOR JUSTICE: Love & Liberation
    A Community Arts Fundraiser for Palestine 

    JOIN US ON THE 22ND OF JUNE 2024
    @ BANKSTOWN ARTS CENTRE FROM 1-7PM

    We acknowledge the Dharug people as the traditional owners on whose unceded land this event will take place. This always was, always will be Aboriginal Land. We acknowledge elders past, present and emerging and recognise and respect their continued connection and care for this sacred land through their culture and customs

    Whats on:

    Join us for a family friendly day of music, art, poetry and dance to support Palestinians in Gaza and housing Gaza arrivals in Australia. The day will feature music performances by multidisciplinary artists, a dance cypher, banner painting, badge making, beading workshops, henna as well as an open mic.

    We will also be showcasing amazing works from mural artists, visual artists, photographers, film makers & crocheters who have donated their works to be part of the raffle and silent auction.

    All funds from tickets, raffle, additional donations and art sales will go towards established aid organisations and approved GoFundMe’s below:

    • Live performances by Pa777ience, Heart Armour, Stacey Street, Jafar the Sorcerer, Perfect Actress, Gemma Navarette, Zeadala, Canto Libre, Crystal Chemist, GUILD, TRU’  + more
    • Art exhibition and silent auctions from creatives & artists Stynabyna, Lotte Smith, Nicole Barakat, AyÅŸenur Kara, Kim Siew, Joannie Creates, Nami Vision, Vanessa Le, Wasiela Noor, Bianca Alicia Yrure + more 
    • Dance cypher featuring some of Sydney’s best including Gabi Quinsacara
    • DJ sets Fariba & Ilhan
    • Kandi bracelets, button making & banner painting workshops & henna 
    • Mocktails, coffee, tea and light refreshments


    Jam for Justice has been organised by artists and volunteers with the support of Our Race Community as well as Outloud who have kindly offered us a space for the event. We thank all of our partners, collaborators, artists and volunteers who have shared their vision, energy and resources towards this cause.
