James Bond Games night

St.Ives High School's 2026 P&C fundraiser will feature a James Bond-themed Vegas Games Night, organised in collaboration with Vegas Nights Productions. The event is designed for parents, carers, teachers, staff & friends of our school community, providing an evening of themed entertainment, food, & games in a sophisticated setting. It will be an amazing opportunity to raise funds for our P&C initiatives, while creating an evening filled with entertainment and fun.

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, 25th July 2026.

• Time: 6:00pm – 10.30pm.

• Venue: School’s Hall (maximum capacity: 250 guests).

• Attendees: Parents, carers, teachers, staff & friends of St.Ives High School. ( Please note attendees must be 18+years of age)

• Dress Code: Bond, villain, or glamorous evening attire.

• Chips: A minimum of 5 chips needed per game, and the more chips you have, the more opportunities to play and to win big. Load up, join the fun and enjoy playing the many games available!

• Music & Entertainment: Our very own DJ Mark Evans will be keeping the night flowing with his mix's & tunes. While throughout the evening various performances from our community will keep you entertained.

• Raffles & Prizes: At the conclusion of the evening the 3 people with the highest amount of chips will win special prizes. You will also have a chance to win from our incredible range of Raffle prizes donated by our sponsors, so be in it to win.

Immersive James Bond Theme

The entire venue will be transformed with stylish Bond-inspired décor—think red carpets, playing cards, martini glass centerpieces, and elegant lighting to evoke the glamour of Monte Carlo. Guests will be encouraged to dress in their finest Bond, villain, or glamorous evening attire, creating a sophisticated and fun atmosphere. A dedicated photo booth will capture the magic of the evening, providing mementos for everyone.

Gourmet Food and Beverage Experience

All guests will have the option to purchase dinner (only available via presale) which will include a sumptuous selection of canapés and a generous grazing platter as well as an option to access the dessert bar. The P&C will run a fully licensed bar in accordance with RSA regulations, ensuring responsible service. Specialty cocktails the like of Vesper Martini's and a curated wine & beer list will be available for purchase throught the evening.
