James started playing professionally at age 13 and has a stellar professional career behind him: he has performed alongside the best jazz musicians of our generation and has had the privilege of performing for the President and First Lady of the United States.

Known throughout the world for his sheer brilliance as a jazz musician, educator and all-round entertainer, James is also the founder of the James Morrison Academy of Music in Mount Gambier, he is constantly on the move, performing wherever fine music has an audience.

Ray Brown called him ’The Genius’ but Wynton Marsalis said it best: “Man, James Morrison can play!”

When asked about his extraordinary career, James declared, ‘This is just the warm-up!’.

Patrick Bartley
Patrick Bartley, Jr. (b. 1993) is a GRAMMY-nominated saxophonist, multi-instrumentalist, and bandleader from Hollywood, Florida, known for his boundless versatility, virtuosic technique and expressive vocal-like sound.

Since moving to New York City, Patrick has performed and recorded with some of the greatest musical masters in the world, including Wynton Marsalis, Jon Batiste, Emmet Cohen, Herbie Hancock, Carole King and many more.

Patrick is most known for his appearances on the multi-million-viewed “Live from Emmet’s Place” YouTube sessions, most notably his extraordinary solo on “After You’ve Gone”.

Seeing the implicit connection between music of the future and the music of the past, Bartley formed the J-MUSIC Ensemble to reinterpret Japanese music, J-Pop, anime themes, and game scores through a jazz-rooted, horn-forward, live band.
