Try the tips below to ensure you can participate fully in the meeting. Each of these tips will help to improve your experience, it isn't necessary to implement them all.

After joining the Zoom room, switch your audio to your phone.

In the lower left-hand corner of your screen, click the arrow next to the microphone button.

Click "Switch to Phone Audio."

Call the number provided in the box that pops up.

In the box that pops up, make sure you scroll down to find your Participant ID.

Turn off Wi-Fi on all devices

Think of devices in your household that are connected to the Internet, such as smartphones.

Turn off Wi-Fi on all devices except for the computer (or other device) you are using to connect to Zoom.

Turn off your video in Zoom

Click the "Stop Video" button in the lower, left-hand corner of your screen.

Switch to phone-only participation.

If challenges with your Internet connection are disrupting your ability to participate in the meeting using your computer, close Zoom.

Using your phone, call the number listed at the top of this email.

During the Meeting

Enter your name, email, and organization in the chat when you enter to help mark your attendance.

Please remain muted while others are speaking.

You may place links and documents in the chat to share.

Round robin will begin with those attending in person and then those joining via Zoom.
