This 2.5 hour multi-sensory journey is all about manifesting and growth.

Sally will be taking you through a thoughtfully curated experience with sound and frequency that help you transition out of 2026 and manifest your goals for 2027.

Shifting, untangling, acknowledging and letting go of the year that has been, to create space for change in the new year. Shifting and propelling our energy forward to connect with the highest vibrations and positivity - mindfully.

We don't want to spoil the experience by giving too much away but you will experience the following as a part of your journey:

Who is suitable for this event

Every body is welcome. Despite what level of practice you are at, you are invited. We also welcome pregnant women and those with dietary requirements - we will work around you. Our aim is to make you feel comfortable.
