Getting There
Located near the corner of Glebe Point Rd and Bridge Rd. The area is well serviced by buses or you will find free 2 & 4 hour parking on Marlborough and Lombard Sts.

Spoilt for choice for both transport, and lunch options. We're also a 4 minute walk from the Glebe Foreshore Walk!

Additional Social Events

On Mondays from 5-6pm and Wednesdays from 8-9am we host yoga in the main room. This is included in your day pass if you would like to join. BYO mat.

There are showers on site however this will be low impact. We'll take the best of all yoga styles, and you'll be offered options for safe and longer-term practice. Classes will be varied but look forward to an eclectic mix of Hatha, Power & Vinyasa, Slow Yoga, Kundalini, Yin & Restorative.
