Join us this May for a Dressage Clinic with Jan Smith, offering riders the opportunity to develop their skills, confidence and understanding of dressage training in a supportive clinic setting.
Riders are invited to take part in a Dressage Clinic with experienced coach, judge and steward Jan Smith.
This clinic will provide riders with focused coaching to support their dressage development, with attention to correct training, rider position, horse preparation and the link between training at home and performance in the competition arena.
Jan brings extensive experience across coaching, judging and equestrian sport administration. Her approach helps riders better understand dressage expectations, improve their partnership with their horse, and work toward clear, practical goals.
The clinic is suitable for riders who want to build confidence, refine their training, and gain feedback from a highly experienced dressage professional.
About the clinic coach
Jan Smith
Jan Smith is an EA Level 1 Dressage Coach and Skill-Specific Trainer/Assessor based in Warrion, Victoria. She is also an EA and FEI Level 3 Dressage Steward, an A-Level and Young Horse Judge, and a Judge Mentor. Jan has served as Coaching Coordinator for the Victorian Dressage Young Rider Squads and Development Program, sits on the Dressage Victoria and Victorian Coaching Committees, and oversees the EA swabbing program in Victoria. Jan is committed to supporting riders at all levels and strongly believes in linking coaching to the demands of competition, helping riders understand the rules, expectations, and training pathways needed to continue improving.

This is a two-day clinic; attendees need to buy a ticket for each day they wish to attend.
