Gaylord Pacific Resort invites you to experience a sun-soaked escape on the West Coast. Just 7 miles from downtown San Diego, this expansive property overlooks breathtaking views of the Pacific and the picturesque Chula Vista Marina. Featuring 1,600 stylish guest rooms and over 477,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including lush outdoor areas, this coastal retreat is designed to inspire. Guests can explore a 4.25-acre aquatic paradise, enjoy bold culinary offerings, and embrace the ever-present energy of the Pacific, where tranquility meets the spirit of discovery.

Venue: Our event will be at the Old Hickory Restaurant. The networking reception will take place on the terrace, followed by lunch indoors in the restaurant.

Parking: Complimentary self-parking available for all attendees.

Starter Course - Caesar Salad/Umami Crunch/ Cotija

Choice of Entrée -

Grilled Jidori Chicken Leg/ Tinga/ Hominy

Swordfish Shishito Pepper, Castelvetrano Olive, Wild Mushrooms

Overnight Accommodations: The hotel is busy (woohoo!) so as of now, no overnight rates available.

• Please note American Express and Paypal add separate fees outside of our control.

 As costs across the industry continue to rise, we’ve had to make a few necessary updates to ensure the long-term sustainability of our not-for-profit organization. We will no longer be absorbing event platform service fees, which will now be reflected during registration.

We’ve also adjusted our event pricing to align with increased venue costs. These changes allow us to continue hosting thoughtful, well-executed events while staying true to our mission. We’re grateful for your ongoing support and look forward to seeing you at an upcoming event.

Friendly Reminders:

• This event platform is self-serve! If you need to cancel your spot, you can do yourself directly from your email confirmation, as long as it's before 5 pm PST the Friday prior to our event. Click Manage Order from your email confirmation, then follow the steps to cancel your ticket.

• IF you RSVP twice, please process one as a cancellation using the steps noted above. Or let us know so we can assist you. Our chapter is charged fees if you file a dispute with your credit card company.

• We are unable to offer refunds after 5 pm on Friday prior to our event as we will have already committed to your spot. Thanks for your understanding!

• Please note that if you choose the incorrect ticket category (i.e. a supplier registers as a travel advisor), your ticket will be canceled.  There are a certain number of supplier and travel advisor spots so we can ensure the correct balance of attendees for our host hotels.  If we do not do this, we will not have venues that want to host our group. 

• If the correct ticket category for your company type is sold out, please add yourself to the waitlist. We will process the waitlist in the order received, so the sooner you are on the list, the better chances you will have of getting in to the event.
