January 26 Positive HR Forum - Human Centred Leadership

Forum for HR Professionals to network, share information and learn about topics specific to employee wellbeing & engagement.

The Positive HR Forum meets on a bi-monthly basis. The aim of our forum is to bring together expertise from different business sectors to share knowledge and experiences specific to employee engagement and wellbeing.

Each meeting we focus on a different engagement and/or wellbeing topic. Guest speakers are invited to present different elements of the topic from an expert, personal or business perspective.

Our topic this month is Human-Centred Leadership.

In a culture that celebrates performance, how do we lead with empathy, honesty and humanity - even when things get messy?

Let’s unpack what it takes to show up authentically as leaders and inspire others to do the same, creating a leadership culture that truly puts people first.

Our guest speaker is leadership expert, author and speaker, Lisa Powney from the Co-Creation Group.

Drawing on her own story from The Worst Self-Help Guru Ever and her H.U.M.A.N framework (Halt, Uncover, Manifest, Activate, Nurture), Lisa Powney explores what it really takes to stay grounded, lead authentically and bring out the best in others, not despite being human, but because of it.

Attendees welcome at our forum:
