January Beginner Obedience Class in Jamaica Plain

Beginner Obedience class will take place at Spontaneous Celebrations in Jamaica Plain, MA on recurring Monday evenings for 7 sessions: 1/09, 1/23, 1/30, 2/06, 2/13, 2/20, and 2/27 (no class on 1/16). Each session will be 50 minutes long and be held between 7:00 and 7:50 pm. *Note: the first session will be an orientation session for humans only.

For this course to run, there is a minimum of 4 students required, this course will be postponed if we cannot meet course requirements.

This course is appropriate for dogs older than 4 months of age. Topics covered will include focused attention and engagement, hand target, sit, down, coming when called, leave it, and loose leash walking. This course is great for young dogs, newly adopted dogs, or dogs that need a brush up on their behaviors.

Please contact us if your dog has trouble working around other dogs or humans as this class may not be appropriate for them.

This class will take place indoors with appropriate social distancing. Each family group will be limited to two handlers maximum per dog, class is limited to 6 dogs total to accommodate.
