January Topic: Courageous Conversations

Would you like to learn how to address challenges skillfully in your close relationships? This engaging workshop invites you to examine the conversations you’ve been avoiding—those pivotal moments where speaking up feels risky but is essential for personal and relationship growth. Through guided discoveries, group discussions, and practice scenarios, you’ll gain tools to approach these moments with clarity, courage, and compassion.

Together, we’ll uncover the rewards of daring to speak from the heart, stepping past your fears and discomfort into greater freedom and closeness with those you love most.

Facilitators Joy Taylor and Gavin Frye will share their intimate stories and experiences navigating courageous conversations with each other, including honest dialogues that powerfully deepen their relationship's strength and safety. They know the crucial importance of being willing to move beyond a pattern of withholding and into a habit of compassionate communication to sustain a healthy relationship.

When partners are willing to risk being honest and transparent with each other, it builds genuine safety and trust and allows a relationship to flourish.

Understand how truth-telling fosters greater understanding and aliveness. Explore the power of courage and vulnerability to honor your truth and build meaningful bonds. During the event, you’ll be invited to reflect on your challenges, explore your fears and hopes surrounding difficult dialogues, and practice staying present and grounded when you dare to open your heart more fully to those you care about.

Whether confronting unresolved conflicts, setting boundaries, or daring to ask for what you want in your relationships, this workshop will empower you to embrace the transformative potential of speaking your heart with love and integrity.

Intended for men and women - single or partnered. We welcome your participation!
