Is there something you’re working on that you struggle to make time and space for? Are you a teacher getting into the zone for a new school year?

Would a fully-catered day in a lovely environment with other like-minded women give you a chance to make a dent in your work?

Whether you’re writing a talk, doing governance tasks for your small business, getting ready to teach your classes in 2026, working on a uni assignment, finishing a chapter of your book, or just knocking over your life admin - this day is for you!

Due to our central location in the beautiful Anglican Deaconess Ministries office space just above Town Hall Station, you can choose to work through and have lunch brought to you OR you can take an hour off in the middle of the day and head out to your favourite lunch spot in the city!

We want to make sure that this is a day of quiet productivity for all attendees, so this is not a day for making phone calls or participating in Zoom meetings. Set aside this time for the deep work you need to do in uninterrupted quiet - reading, thinking, planning or long blocks of writing. Whatever quiet tasks you have on your list - we want to help you make headway!

Is this a little bit like Study Camp for grown-ups? It definitely is!

$25 for the day includes access to an amazing co-working space and free wi-fi access as well as lunch, drinks and lots of good snacks!

If you would like to go out for lunch in the city, your ticket will only cost $15.

Do you need childcare to enable you to make the most of this day? There is a vacation care program for primary-age children operating out of St Andrew's Cathedral School that may be able to accommodate your kids. Find all the information you need here.

Program

9:30 am	Get coffee/tea and mingle your way into getting settled.
9:40 am	We'll briefly share our goals for the day and commit our efforts to the Lord in prayer.
9:50 am	3 hrs and 10 mins of quiet, productive time stretching ahead of you... You choose when you get up to stretch, take a break, get a cup of tea or a snack but we'll bring some snacks around to sustain you throughout the session.
1:00 pm	Lunch Hour! Work through and eat at your desk, get up and stretch and eat with others, or head out in the city and make the most of our central location!
2:00 pm	2 hrs and 20 mins of quiet, productive time to finish the day!
4:20 pm	Make sense of the progress you've made and articulate what your next steps can be when you get your next stretch of productive time.
4:30 pm	Pack up and head home!
