Bonjour Planet 1st Master Chefs!

Chefs Bill and Mikael are excited to present our Master Class for January 2025! We are admirers of great pastry and look forward to introducing students to the basics and more!

Menu Includes:

Learning how to make Rough puff pastry (parents/guardians, be prepared to take dough home)
Students will create sweet and savory pastries: Pain au Chocolat and Monte Cristo
French Winter Crunch Salad
Decaf Mocha Cafe au Lait

PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
Age requirement is 11-17 years old. Aprons will be provided for new students.
Enter Mother Road Market at the West side entrance.
The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM
The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira
Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and one adult
