An initiation into Lakshmi Mantra Japa Sadhana

In this 2.5 hour workshop you will learn about the transformational and healing power of Mantra, how to use a Mala and practice Japa meditation.

We will practice a Kriya and breath set designed to open us up to the energy of abundance.

You will then be initiated into a Lakshmi Mantra and given a practice to continue.

We will end with a sound bath meditation for integration.

Lakshmi represents sustenance & beauty. When her energy is present we open ourselves to the blessings all around us.

Through the practice of Japa we will enliven the qualities of Lakshmi.

Abundance, Love, Compassion , Grace.

This workshop includes your very own Mala, handpicked by me in the Himalayas and Cleansed in the Ganga.

WHAT TO BRING :

Yoga Mat

Water

Meditation cushion or bolster.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Some people like to wear white or light colours for these occasions. That is up to you :)
