The classes will be held at the Radio Cairo restaurant: 83 Spofforth St, Mosman NSW. The restaurant is just off Military Road. The parking on Military Road is untimed on Sundays.

This is an INTENSIVE course spanning over two separate days, Saturday and Sunday. Each class starts from 10am and will finish at 12:30 pm. Please note that all classes commence on time, so make sure to arrive a few minutes early.

We recommend that you bring your own apron, but we do offer a rental apron service. You are welcome to hire our aprons ($5).

We would also like to advise you to wear closed shoes (no open shoes like thongs) for your safety as we will be handling knives.
