Even if you only engage with the breath from a sports performance perspective, you will experience the interconnectedness of all aspects of the self.
This transform syour inner landscape, leading to greater capacity for growth and progress.

Breathwork is particularly potent in a group setting amongst strangers, colleagues or friends. You develop a collective sense of healing because you actually participate in co-regulation together. If you are curious, on the fence or even if feelings of fear or trepidation arise, just trust that your body will only allow you to release what it feels safe to release.
