This in-person experience will guide you through a journey of self-discovery and inner transformation.

45 mins Japanese Yoga

Japanese Yoga draws upon traditional Hatha postures, Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory and martial arts. We use the seasons as a guide to which organ systems to strengthen and treat the whole system (body, mind and spirit) within each class. Our breathing technique is supportive of strong elimination of toxins, stress and habitual holding patterns.

No class is the same and depending on your constitution & conditions will find some movements challenging.

Your 45 mins session will involve physical movement to relieve muscle tension and create strength in the lower back and core; breathing techniques to reduce stress and enliven your whole system; a perfect introduction to the breathwork that follows.

75 mins of breathwork and Integration

Breathwork benefits range from the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Even if you only engage with the breath from a sports performance perspective, you will experience the interconnectedness of all aspects of the self.
This transform syour inner landscape, leading to greater capacity for growth and progress.

Breathwork is particularly potent in a group setting amongst strangers, colleagues or friends. You develop a collective sense of healing because you actually participate in co-regulation together. If you are curious, on the fence or even if feelings of fear or trepidation arise, just trust that your body will only allow you to release what it feels safe to release.
