You are invited to attend this heart-led workshop to make your own jar of joy and to learn skills to help you in your everyday life to reduce stress, improve your well-being, build your resilience and to help you to step into the calm world filled with joyful moments your heart desires.

In this workshop:

You will learn breathing techniques that you can use anywhere to reduce anxiety and put you in the driving seat of your life.
You will decorate your own jar to take away and fill with items that bring you joy.
You will learn how to check in with yourself and your own internal weather report to identify what you need to do restore and replenish your energy and when to reach out for further support.

All of this in safe space supported and held by an experienced practitioner and coach. We will end our session with some beautiful cacao to drink which will open up our heart to the final part of the session.

This will be a guided exercise to swallow a smile and leave filled with joy in your heart.

Your ticket includes your jar and some decorating materials.
