You’re welcome to arrive just as you are. We provide yoga mats and some bolsters for your comfort. Many people also like to bring optional items such as blankets, extra layers, pillows or an eye mask to help create a cosy and relaxing space.

This is mostly a floor-based experience. Chairs may be available if preferred.

Jack is a creative breathwork artist, yoga instructor, and musician who weaves movement, sound, and conscious breathing into immersive experiences that invite deep presence and self-expression. His work blends ancient practices with modern creativity, guiding people to reconnect with their bodies, soften the mind, and tap into their own inner rhythm.

Sam is an experienced energy and sound healer, transformation and wellbeing mentor, breathwork facilitator, and yoga teacher specialising in fascia release, nervous system regulation and transformational experiences. Sam has been facilitating in Brisbane and interstate retreats for several years, creating deeply integrative experiences that allows your body to settle, restore, and harmonise your inner and outer worlds.
