Jazz Behind the Green Door featuring Benjamin Samuels

Jazz Behind the Green Door features a new (for us) jazz musician, with clarinetist/saxophonist Benjamin Samuels performing for our August jazz night.

Benjamin is a Sydney based musician and composer who has recently completed his Bachelor’s degree in Woodwind at Sydney Conservatorium and Honours in Jazz at Monash Uni. As a freelance performer Ben plays at major festivals across Australia with producers and artists including Grouch (NZ), Lamalo, The Australian Art Orchestra, Sugato Nag(India), Sandy Evans, the Splinter Orchestra, and Tony Gorman’s The Monday Club. He also leads his own in-demand group the BeatLab and No!BS Quartet.

Come along for something completely new and different. But something that's still jazz, and still in the company of friends. Entry by donation at the door (we suggest $10). Wine and snacks available. See you there.
