At JCI Australia we think that ‘Leadership’ isn’t about your title, it’s a set of attitudes and values that guide the way that you lead your life. Our National Convention 2020 is a celebration of the diverse and exciting ways that this shows up in you, our members. It is also an opportunity to explore together three key attributes of leadership - Resilience, Curiosity, and Service.

Because this event is taking place now, in 2020. It won’t be focused on guessing what happens next or tech-based pitches. It will be an event that celebrates your strengths RIGHT NOW in this strange and evolving time that we find ourselves.

Through unpacking resilience, we celebrate falling and getting back up. Catching up with our curious minds (and perhaps sparking some curiosity) makes room for learning where it is needed and empowers you to continue your leadership goals, whatever they look like. Service is the concept that is all about purpose and the idea that we are all connected.
