Event description

As part of City of Newcastle's Count Us In Program, which celebrates disability inclusion across our community, Families Supporting Families presents JD's World of Magic Show. Joel Howlett, internationally acclaimed, award winning magician, will delight audiences with his show for all ages!

This is a family-friendly event with a relaxed attitude to audience noise and movement to accommodate people who may require a more flexible environment.

This is a free event, but booking is essential.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.

Families Supporting Families (FSF) is an inclusive organisation for the WHOLE family of a child with a disability or additional needs. Formally launched in 2003, FSF is an incorporated charity organisation which offers peer-to-peer support in a friendly supportive environment, coffee mornings, occasional nights out, educational workshops with guest speakers, and school holiday events for families in the Greater Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas. Parenting a child with additional needs presents it's own joys and challenges, we believe a strong social network and access to relevant information can help along the way.
