ABOUT
Jeff Usher and A Love Supreme Super Band was first founded by Jeff in 2005, releasing one album, ‘Bird Wings: Jeff Usher and A Love Supreme Super Band Live at Brisbane Jazz Club’, in 2015.
Tonight’s performance at JMI Live features some of Jeff’s compositions, along with Jeff’s arrangements of several John Coltrane classics.
The Band:
Jeff Usher (piano), Martin Kay (alto sax), Ashley Hutton (tenor sax), John Nagy (flute & baritone sax), Evan Osborne (trumpet), Matthew Chambers (trombone), Jake Busby (bassoon), Nick Maskell (bass) and Dominic Machen (drums).
