The ethereally woozy layered synth-pop of JENNIFERS LAST NAME recalls early Grimes, Purity Ring or Sky Ferreira - perhaps even some echoes of some Tri Angle Records from back in the early 2010s, perhaps a bit of Mint Julep atmospherics in the sound as well.
The artist and producer has been releasing a steady stream of tracks since early 2024, with last month's track "inside of me" getting a solid rinsing on the Cupholder stereos.
