MONDAY EVENING WALK

Hey friend! Come join us for a Monday night reset! It’s an easy 2.5-mile(ish) walk along the Jersey City waterfront.

What to Expect:
We’ll meet at AndCo North at 6:30pm for some pre-walk chit-chat. Then, at 7pm sharp, we hit the waterfront like it’s our weekly therapy session: just cheaper and with better views.

The route’s giving easy and the vibes are giving immaculate.

Details:

• Location: &Co North, 220 9th St, Jersey City

• Meet: 6:30pm | Walk starts: 7pm

• Distance: 2.5ish miles (approx. 50 mins of therapy-on-foot)

• Pace: Chill. No one’s training for the Olympics here.

Rain or shine, we walk. Because movement is medicine, and also, your therapist would be proud 💪✨
