Jersey City Connects is all about creating a welcoming space where runners of all levels can come together, make new friends, and explore our beautiful city while getting fit. Whether you're just starting your running journey or you're a seasoned runner, there's a place for you in our run club.

Here's what you need to know:

Level: All Levels Welcome! We're here to support and motivate every person to reach their full potential.
Beginners: If you're new to running, don't worry! We've got you covered. Our target for beginners is 2 miles at a walk/run pace.
Experienced Runners: For those with more experience, our target is 3.1 miles (5K).
Post-run stretch provided by our friends at Sol Spirit!
