Join Jersey City Connects for a 5 mile hike in the Delaware Water Gap!

THE TRAIL

Mount Minsi is moderately challenging but perfect for those with a sense of adventure. This 5-mile loop includes a steady climb (1,040 feet of elevation gain) and some rocky sections, rewarding hikers with stunning vistas of the Delaware Water Gap.

Not ideal for complete beginners, but anyone with moderate fitness will love this trail. If you have any questions about the hike, please message Hello@JerseyCityConnects.com.

TICKETS

Transportation is included in the ticket price! Your ticket price covers more than just the hike; it also covers the essential fees required to keep our organization running smoothly. Your support allows us to continue organizing fantastic outdoor adventures for everyone.

SAFETY

Our experienced team includes: a certified hiker, trained medic and first-aid certified individuals to accompany you through the journey. We highly recommend hiking boots or shoes for ankle support and traction. Additionally, consider bringing:

Hat/Scarf/Gloves
Tick spray
Trekking poles
Sunglasses
At least 1.5 liter of water (3 Poland Spring bottles)
Snacks, such as trail mix, apples or peanut butter

EVENT DETAILS

9:00 AM – Meet inside Le Cafe Coffee (444 Warren St)

9:15 AM – Depart for the Delaware Water Gap

10:20 AM – Arrive at the trailhead

3:00 PM - Eat lunch at a nearby spot

4:30 PM - Head back to Jersey City

6:00 PM - Arrive in Jersey City *

*Hoping to get everyone back by 6pm! This depends on our group pacing for the hike.
