Join comedian, playwright, and humour researcher Dr Daryl Peebles

For an uplifting and entertaining exploration of the role humour can play in healthy ageing.

Drawing on academic research and more than 50 years of comedy experience, Daryl will share how laughter can support physical and mental wellbeing, strengthen social connections, build resilience, and help us navigate life's challenges with a positive outlook.

Packed with practical insights, engaging stories, and plenty of laughs, this enjoyable presentation is a reminder that laughter really is one of the best medicines.

As Daryl says, "You don't stop laughing because you grow old; you grow old because you stop laughing."

Come along, enjoy a few belly laughs, and discover how a healthy sense of humour can help keep the zest in life
