Time: Arrive 4:15pm for 4:30pm start - Ends 5.30pm

Bring: Water bottle. Yoga mat provided or BYO if you prefer.

Who's teaching the classes?

Rachel Collins has been a Social Worker and Youth Caseworker in Youth Services team at JewishCare since 2016.

Recently, Rachel completed her 200-hour Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training and has a Certificate of Yoga Teacher Training from Sukha Mukha Yoga. This is accredited by Yoga Alliance, the US based International Yoga Association.

Rachel hopes by teaching yoga to young people, it will help support their mental health and wellbeing, and provide a nurturing and calming space to grow and learn together.
