As Lilith Magazine celebrates their 50th anniversary, they are partnering with the Jewish Women's Archive for a celebratory night at Lehrhaus:

At a challenging moment to be a feminist or a Jew, let alone a Jewish feminist, what can our past teach us about the future? Join Lilith Magazine, the Jewish Women’s Archive, and Lehrhaus for a lively, wide-ranging exploration of how Jewish feminists’ ideas, activism, and leadership continue to shape the struggle for gender equity, all the way from the kitchen table to the Supreme Court.

We will hear from Dr. Judith Rosenbaum, CEO of Jewish Women's Archive; Anna Solomon, Editor in Chief and CEO of Lilith Magazine; and Abby Fisher, writer and rabbinical student, Hebrew College.

Come for nuance, laughter, connection, and, of course, drinks and nosh. Stay for a paper doll-making project. Leave inspired.

If the ticket price is a barrier to attending, please reach out to Rebecca Katz at Lilith [katz@lilith.org] for information about subsidized tickets.

The Jewish Women’s Archive is a pioneering digital archive that documents Jewish women’s and gender-expansive people's stories, elevates their voices, and inspires them to be agents of change.

Lilith Magazine has entered our 50th year as a pioneering voice for Jewish feminism, through first-person narratives, reviews, reporting, art, all genres of creative writing, and myriad forms of truth-telling. Lilith is different and defiant, in keeping with the spirit of both our namesake and our tagline: independent, Jewish & frankly feminist.
