Do you work for a Local Council? Community Organisation? Do you volunteer or work for an arts or cultural program, sports and recreation club, emergency services or community health and wellbeing?

Are you wanting to learn how to incorporate more co-design processes throughout your organisation?

If you work or volunteer in any of the above organisations, this training is for you!

Co-design is an inclusive, collaborative, human-centered process in which a group of people with relevant skills, experience and interests come together to provide advice and make decisions on a project, policy, program, initiative, process or product.

It is a method we can all use – including individuals, service providers, businesses, community organisations, and all levels of government.

Our Disability Inclusion Training: Co-Design Module is designed to give employees, volunteers and community members the knowledge and necessary skills to incorporate inclusive co-design processes both personally and professionally. Whether you have minimal prior knowledge or considerable experience in the sector, this training offers a fresh perspective and a judgment-free learning environment.

Explore the differences between consultation and co-design
