Our Disability Inclusion Training - Next Steps is designed to equip Community Organisations and Local Councils with knowledge about intersectionality, practical tools to be an active ally, apply Universal Design principles, and lead meaningful cultural change in your organisation or community.
When: Thursday 11th December 2025 9:30 – 11:00 am
Where: Online via Teams (link to be sent one day prior to the event, to all registered participants).

Understand how the Citizenhood Model reframes disability and inclusion, and how intersectionality helps us recognise the layered experiences of people with disability.
Learn how everyday actions and allyship can challenge ableism and foster inclusive relationships in workplaces and communities.
Discover how Universal Design creates environments that work for everyone, and how co-design ensures people with lived experience are at the center of decision-making.
Explore what it takes to shift culture, embed inclusive values, and lead sustainable change across teams and systems.
