We can’t wait to celebrate the festive season with you! Before you arrive, please take a moment to read these important reminders:

Arrival:
Please arrive 10 minutes before your tour starts to allow time for check-in and headset collection. Tours will begin promptly — late arrivals may miss the start and won’t be eligible for a refund.

Headsets:
Each participant will be given a silent disco headset to use during the tour. Please handle these with care — lost or damaged headsets incur a replacement fee.

Under 18s:
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We’re unable to admit unaccompanied minors.

What to Bring:

Comfortable walking shoes
A bottle of water
Festive spirit and your best Christmas moves!

🌧️ Weather:
Tours run in light rain — please dress appropriately. In the case of extreme weather, we’ll contact you via email or SMS with reschedule or refund options.

📸 Photos & Videos:
We love capturing the magic! By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless you advise us otherwise before the tour.

Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions: By purchasing a ticket and attending a Coastal Disco event, you agree to the following: Arrival & Check-In: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starts to allow time for check-in and headset collection. Late arrivals may not be admitted and refunds will not be issued. Headsets: All participants must wear the provided headsets during the tour. Headsets must be returned in good condition at the end of the event. Lost or damaged headsets will incur a $150 replacement fee. Health & Safety: Participation involves dancing and walking and may include physical exertion. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing. Follow the guide’s instructions at all times to ensure the safety of yourself, fellow participants, and the public. If you feel unwell during the event, please notify a guide immediately. Behaviour: Respect fellow participants, staff, and members of the public. Coastal Disco reserves the right to remove any participant behaving inappropriately or causing disruption, without refund. No alcohol or illegal substances are permitted during the tour. Please do not arrive under the influence. Weather & Cancellation: Tours are weather dependent. In the case of heavy rain, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, Coastal Disco may reschedule or cancel the event. If cancelled by us, a full refund or transfer will be offered. Liability, Warranty & Disclaimer: Coastal Disco is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to belongings during the event. Please keep personal items secure. By participating, you acknowledge that this activity involves physical movement and agree to assume all associated risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any claims against Coastal Disco, its staff, and affiliates for injury, illness, damages, or losses arising from participation. Coastal Disco makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the safety, condition, or suitability of the activity for your individual health or circumstances.
