Teaching Yin & Jivamukti Yoga (Adv Jivamukti Teacher) since 2008, together with Pilates in last 4yrs & Physiotherapy studies (with physio /yoga mentor Simon Borg-Olivier of Yoga Synergy) you’ll be able to heal few different injuries or ailments through this calm yet fiery practice. Teaching to various ages in the community from large vinyasa classes, privates to kirtans (sacred chanting) and sound healings has led to creating multi-dimensional healing practices. Cat leads monthly sound healings. Cat is grateful for all her teacher’s teachings as inspired from Jivamukti, Mangrove and Yin Yoga training’s (Sharon Gannon, David Life and Sarah Powers), especially for the teaching that ‘love is the cure to everything’. ♥
