JMC Academy Sydney Graduation Ceremony (5pm Ceremony) April 2023 - Extra Guests

Congratulations on completing your degree at JMC Academy. We invite you and your guests to the official JMC Academy Graduation Ceremony.

Dear JMC Graduands,

We are very pleased to invite you to an official JMC Academy Graduation Ceremony!

We are pleased to advise that your official graduation ceremony will take place on Tuesday, 11th April 2023, 5:00pm at The University of Technology Sydney, Building 1, 15 Broadway, Ultimo 2007; on Level 5, Great Hall.

The ceremony is scheduled to conclude at approximately 7:00pm.

We extend the invitation to your family and friends with the capacity of 3 guests per graduand; additional guest tickets will be available to purchase ($25.00 per guest) later.

Graduands: On the day, graduates can arrive as early as 2:30pm to get gowned into the academic attire. Administration staff will be onsite to direct you and take your registration. JMC Academy welcomes religious attire whether traditional or cultural, just be mindful that regalia needs to sit comfortably over the top of the academic gown.  

Photography: There will be a professional event photographer on site for anyone wishing to purchase professional photos of the occasion. An email will be sent to all attendees with a link to purchase a photo package. We recommend that you purchase your photo package before the day of the ceremony. You can also purchase your photographs on the day and will be provided with a receipt for your purchase.

Attire: It is encouraged that you wear formal style attire.

Expense: The charge to participate is set at $150.00 per graduate (which is inclusive of gown hire and three complimentary guests).

Deadline: Please confirm your attendance by Wednesday 15th March 2023, 11:55pm.

Your Graduation Ceremony is a celebration of your achievement. It is a time to get together with family, friends, and colleagues to acknowledge your success before moving on to the next phase of your career.

Event Schedule

2:30pm Registration and gowning opens. All graduands must arrive no later than 3:30pm to be dressed in their academic attire, assembled & ready for rehearsal.

3:50pm Rehearsal begins.

4:45pm Guests to be seated.

5:00pm Ceremony commences.

7:00pm - 8:00pm Photos and gown return
