JNC Gym is now operating on longer hours. We are now open the following days and times:

Monday 7:00am - 6:00pm

Tuesday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Wednesday 7:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm

All sessions will be limited to 55 mins, with staff conducting a clean down between sessions.

We need to ensure that we comply with the NSW government safety plan for gyms, the following must be adhered to:

Masks are recommended whilst in the centre

Do not attend a session if you are unwell

Please do not attend your booking if you are unwell or have any signs of cold or flu including a cough, sore/scratchy throat, runny nose, shortness of breath or a fever. If we observe any of these symptoms, you will be asked to leave.

When you arrive for your booking scan the QR code at the entry and enter your name and phone number or email address. You must do this each time you attend. If you don’t have a phone that can do this, ask an employee to assist you.

You will now be allowed to book more than one session per week, please note however that we still reserve the right to swap or cancel your additional bookings if we find that gym users are unable to attend due to the allowance of multiple sessions. On-line bookings will be posted every Friday, after the last session has finished, for the following weeks bookings.

Gym access fee is temporarily $4.50 per visit for all members (payment required on arrival at centre).

Members may choose to re-activate your membership if preferred.
