Japan National Tourism Organization Roadshow Events will follow an exhibition-style format, allowing attendees to fully engage with over 45 suppliers from Japan throughout the evening. This open layout ensures maximum exposure and provides a deeper understanding of the diverse experiences and regions Japan has to offer.
Guests are invited to enjoy Japanese canapés, experience traditional entertainment, and discover more about Japan’s unique destinations and activities — all designed to help you better serve your clients.

Due to the popularity of the Japan Roadshows and limited buyer capacity, we kindly ask that a maximum of 2 people from an agency/ company register to attend the Roadshow.
Please note that this will be a dry event. Non-alcoholic beverages and canapes will be served throughout the evening.
By attending you give JNTO permission to share your details with the suppliers at the event. Your presence at the event implies your consent for JNTO to use any photos and footage captured during the event for future purposes, such as social media posts, marketing campaigns, reports, and press releases while adhering to Australian law.
*Return economy flights for two will be booked by Linkd Tourism in consultation with the winner and must be used within 12 months of the draw date. Flights will be booked with the most economical full-service airline available at the time of booking, up to a maximum value of AUD $3,000. If the requested travel dates result in costs exceeding this amount, the winner will be responsible for covering any additional expenses.
