About the Joey’s Long Lunch
Join us for the 3rd annual Joey’s Long Lunch!
The Long Lunch is a St Joseph’s P & F Association fundraiser. Funds raised by the P & F are used for educational and school infrastructure projects.
The event
This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday 17 June 2023, 1 - 8.30pm.
The Long Lunch will allow everyone to spend One Day in Tuscany with live entertainment – so bring your dancing shoes.
It will be held on the St Joseph’s, Bardon, school oval.
Tickets
Tickets are $1350 for a group of 10 or $140/person for an individual ticket.
Included in the price is a 3-course meal, welcome drink, late afternoon supper and entertainment.
Individual ticket holders may make requests for seating with other groups or individuals. Organisers will endeavour to accommodate seating requests wherever possible.
Food
Each ticket holder will receive a 3-course meal. If you have any special dietary requirements, please ensure you specify your requirements at the time of purchasing your ticket.
In addition, a supper will be served late in the afternoon to satisfy any party-munchie needs.
This event has a strictly no BYO food policy.
Changes may only be made to dietary requirements up until the closing date of ticket sales.
Drinks
Pre-order a ‘party-starter’ drink pack/s to avoid the inevitable long queue at the bar when you arrive.
Your drink pack/s will be ready and waiting for you on arrival.
A cash-free bar offering beer, wine, champagne and our own special cocktail will be available. In addition, spirits will be available for sale from 5pm.
This event has a strictly no BYO drinks policy.
