About the Joey’s Long Lunch

Join us for the 4th annual Joey’s Long Lunch!

The Long Lunch is a St Joseph’s P & F Association fundraiser. Funds raised by the P & F are used for educational and school infrastructure projects. In 2024, the funds raised will specifically be used for the further development of Rosewood Reserve.

The event

This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday 8 June 2024, 1 - 8.30pm.

Join us for an afternoon, and evening, Under the Meeanjin Moon with an Australian themed menu and live entertainment. Remember to wear your dancing shoes!

It will be held on the St Joseph’s, Bardon, school oval.

Tickets

Tickets are $1,400 for a group of 10, or $150/person for an individual ticket. Please book a table of 10 rather than individual tickets to guarantee you are seated together. 

Included in the price is a 3-course meal, welcome drink, late afternoon supper and entertainment.

Individual ticket holders may make requests for seating with other groups or individuals. Organisers will endeavour to accommodate seating requests wherever possible.

Food

Each ticket holder will receive a 3-course meal. If you have any special dietary requirements, please ensure you specify your requirements at the time of purchasing your ticket. 

In addition, a supper will be served late in the afternoon to satisfy any party-munchie needs. 

This event has a strictly no BYO food policy. 

Changes may only be made to dietary requirements up until the closing date of ticket sales. 


Drinks

Pre-order a ‘party-starter’ drink pack/s before the ticket sales closing date to avoid the inevitable long queue at the bar when you arrive.

Your drink pack/s will be ready and waiting for you on arrival.

A cash-free bar offering beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic options and our own special cocktail will be available. In addition, spirits will be available for sale from 5pm.

This event has a strictly no BYO drinks policy.

Refund policy

Joey’s Long Lunch Refund Policy Refunds (less the non-refundable booking fee charged by the ticketing provider) are available up to the end date of ticket sales (17/5/24). After this date, refunds are not available. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If the booker cannot attend on the new date, a refund will be provided (less the non-refundable booking fee charged by the ticketing provider) within 21 days. If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket to a friend, please notify the organisers no less than 7 days prior to the event by emailing joeyslonglunch@gmail.com.
