Thank you for signing up for John Haycraft's Watercolour Workshop, hosted by Tumut Art Society.

This workshop will take place at 5 Ways Art Studio, 9.30 am - 4.30 pm Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th September.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to allow time to set up.

Required Materials

Sketchbook: A5 or A4 cartridge (minimum 110 gsm)
Paper: Watercolour block or loose sheets: minimum A3 size to half sheets, rough, (minimum
180 gsm, preferably 300 gsm).
Drawing pencils: HB, 2B, Holbein sandpaper block, kneadable rubber
Stanley knife
Watercolour brushes: size 6, 8, medium size mop, and 2” Hake
Colour palette: the primaries, also, Cerulean Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Burnt Sienna, Raw
Sienna, Burnt Umber, Hookers Green, Vandyke Brown, Yellow Ochre, Buff Titanium,
Lavender, Quinacridone Gold, Viridian, Lavender, (plus your personal favourites).
Watercolour palette, water jar – just the normal stuff for painting that you use at present.
