John Holland works in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, offering services from infrastructure and property development to rail and building. The firm aims to find solutions to complex challenges and opportunities while transforming communities by making them easier to move around, more connected and better to live in.
John Holland has joined our open day series this year. Students will be taking part in a site walk on a live construction project, the Marvel Stadium Upgrade, followed by a panel discussion with leaders in the business. The site tour, led by a Site Manager, will talk through the challenges occurring constantly on a site, how we tackle them and what we can do to prevent them. This activity is driven by our want to entice self-motivating, innovative individual into the construction industry and educate them on how dynamic our industry really is. A panel discussion will then take place to delve deeper into the different streams of the industry including construction management, design, cost planning and work winning.
